What we collect

Account: email and password (stored by our authentication provider).

Your content: product photos you upload, notes or voice input about the product, and the photos and listing texts we generate for you.

Usage: token balance, Lifestyle Photo slots, projects you save, and purchase records.

Payment: card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Why we use it

To create your account, generate photos and listing text, save projects, process payments, prevent abuse, and support you if something goes wrong.

Who processes it

We use specialist providers to run the service: Supabase (account, database and file storage), Stripe (payments), fal.ai (image generation) and OpenAI (listing text and transcription). They only receive what is needed to provide that part of the service.

AI processing

Photos and product notes are sent to AI providers so we can generate Lifestyle Photos, catalog photos and SEO listings. Do not upload content you are not allowed to process this way.

How long we keep it

We keep account and project data while your account is open and in use. If an account stays inactive for six months, we may close it and delete stored projects and files, as described in the terms. You can also ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@smartproductlisting.com. Payment records may be kept as required for accounting and fraud prevention.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA and UK), you may ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Email hello@smartproductlisting.com and we will handle the request.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage for sign-in, language preference and basic operation of the site. We do not run advertising trackers.

Children

The service is for adults running shops. It is not directed at children under 16.
