The service

We provide tools to generate product photos and marketplace listing text. Results are assistive. You are responsible for checking photos, titles, descriptions and claims before you publish, and for following each marketplace’s rules.

Account

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Tokens and Lifestyle Photos

Tokens are our internal currency for generating photos and listing texts. Lifestyle Photos are a separate slot. Purchases are one-time. Tokens and extra Lifestyle Photos stay on your account until you use them, unless the account is closed for inactivity as described below. They are not a subscription, they are not cash, and the personal cabinet is not a lifetime archive.

Inactivity

The service is not a lifetime archive. If an account is inactive for six months — no sign-in, no generation, and no purchase — we may close it and delete projects, photos, listing texts, unused tokens and Lifestyle Photo slots. We may send a notice to the email on the account before we do this. Download anything you still need while the account is open.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout and charged in USD via Stripe. Paid packs have a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Write to hello@smartproductlisting.com within those 7 days and we will refund the payment.

If you were charged twice, or the payment failed but money left your card, write to hello@smartproductlisting.com and we will sort it out.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal content, to infringe other people’s rights, or to attack or overload the system. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Your content and our output

You keep the rights in photos and notes you upload. You give us a licence to process them solely to provide the service. Generated photos and texts are for you to use in your listings. We do not claim ownership of your products.

Availability

We aim to keep the service working, but generation depends on third-party AI and payment providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular marketplace ranking.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost sales, marketplace account issues, or listing decisions you make. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are heard by the competent courts in Varna, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
